When You Are Summoned To The Dark

You are not afraid of the dark. The dark times or moments are the dark rooms of your inner soul where things are being birth, developed, or further developed. You have yet to see them.

You came from darkness, a dark womb. Yes, you were created by light and placed in darkness for further development. You were nourished in the dark. You aren’t afraid of the dark. You only need to remember that you have faced the dark before and came out into the light. Something was developed. Something was birth and brought to light. -1/13/26

Tested:

Had a depressive episode yesterday evening because of the difficult choices one has to make as aging parents face difficult challenges in life.

At first, I was fighting the feelings but then I remembered, I’M NOT AFRAID OF THE DARK. I posted that Monday I think.

So, I leaned into. I chose the tools to help me through it. I chose yin yoga. I chose journaling. I had a conversation/ vent to God. I chose emdr music to fall asleep to.

Sometimes people don’t have anyone to turn to. Sometimes they don’t have any tools or they choose tools that hurt them further forming into addictions and destructive coping mechanisms.

WHY DID I POST THIS? I WANT TO TELL YOU, WHOMEVER YOU ARE:

❤️DO NOT GIVE UP

❤️TRY THE CONSTRUCTIVE TOOLS AVAILABLE TO YOU

❤️TALK TO GOD. I CAN INTRODUCE YOU TO A GOD THAT’S NOT LIKE THE GOD THAT’S IN THE SKY WRITING DOWN YOUR WRONGS AND FAILS

❤️DON’T GIVE UP. YOU HAVE A LEGACY TO LEAVE AND AN EMPIRE IN YOU

❤️DO NOT GET INTO THAT STREETCAR NAMED DESPAIR. SHE’LL TAKE YOU TO PLACES YOU DON’T WANT TO GO (Hmmm. Might teach that one day)

❤️❤️Don’t quit. Something is being developed in the dark. In my case, I believe my resilience is being refined. My trust is being further developed by it being deepend. Because do I trust the outcome or do I trust God in spite of the outcome? ❤️❤️
