It doesn’t matter what part of the globe you are reading this from. It doesn’t matter your age of gender. It does matter what you have been through and what you may be going through at this very moment. I don’t know if you are riding the waves of life at the crescent or crashing into the ocean of life. But what I do know is YOU, your soul, your spirit, the very essence of you is essential to the growth and forwardness of this world, your country, your city, your community, your neighborhood, your family, yourself.

Lay down your burdens if you will and look up and then look within. Who are YOU? Not what do you do, your title, your role in a family. Who are YOU and if dare, imagine who you would be and what you would be doing IF your past was wiped clean and if your childhood, young adulthood, adulthood was perfect. Just pretend like those things never happened and you never did what you may have done. Just pretend you have all the resources you need. How would you feel? Where would you be? Who would you be? What would you be doing? Is it that thing you know you should be doing or daydream of doing? Are you this truly happy, truly joyful, peaceful, loving compassionate person? What if you had the family and support you needed? What about now? Would you be loving yourself and others?

Well, I am here to tell you that you were born and went through all that you went through, right or wrong, just or injust, fair or not fair, for reasons you may never ever understand or agree with. And on the other hand some things will make sense eventually. BUT you can take the pain and turn it into purpose. You can heal with the understanding that it is a process and as you process you can be or become the YOU you really are. The one you imagined.

We need you. The world and the world you live in needs the AUTHENTIC YOU, HEALED AND HEALING YOU, to DO AND BE or just BE a light, a beacon of hope. We really need you in your calling, soul mission, life’s purpose, even if the time has past for you to be a profession. We need you with all of your wisdom and knowledge. We need your light to shine! We need your light to empower others to do what you could not do. Your light is encouragement. Your light is hope. Your light says, I am here. Your light is love. Your light is light in darkness and despair.
