Don’t open yourself all the way up to everybody. You don’t know what or who they are connected to. Some people haven’t disconnected from their situation, drama, trauma or addiction. Next thing you know you’re in their world instead of them in yours. I might crack the door. I might crack a window. I might open a door or a window.
