On The Mat Moment

While on the yoga mat, I was asked by the instructor to think of an intention or dream for 2025. I wasn’t ready to solidify dreams and goals just yet for this year as they are still floating and have not taken form. But the thought of my current assignment came to mind. This assignment is leading, beginning a Bible study. This is why I added the affirmation, “I am worthy of my assignment and capable of fulfilling it”.

I don’t feel this is a dream but an assignment. Also, as I was sitting there with my eyes closed and thinking about this assignment, I saw the color, “army green”. The green of army fatigues, hats, etc. I searched “army green” and this is what I found that resonated and made sense:

In the army it means moving forward against adversity and oppression of all kinds.

The study of the Bible and spiritual principles indeed help us to move forward against adversity and oppression of all kinds.
