This slowing down, yellow light of the year, is the best time to nurture your heart and soul. I mean you can do it anytime but, this season is your que. Winter as well. It’s reflection, review, inventory time.

One thing about this time is you can reflect and decide with clarity WHAT IS NOT FOR YOU. You may have been presented with options, people, jobs, promotion, situations you realized are NOT FOR YOU. Heck, you may have repeatedly been served these things by the “universe” or life in which you had to constantly say, “No. This is not what I want or desire. This is not for me.” Why does it keep coming to you?

I could go with the explanation “because there is something in you attracting it, blah blah blah” and that could be true. Clean up your vibration. But it may just be reinforcement to make your “THIS IS NOT FOR ME” stronger and for you to gain an unwavering clear, clarity of what you don’t desire in order for you to begin connecting with what it is you do desire. If your “NOT FOR ME” keeps being presented to you, when it shows up, say, “I desire (fill in the blank)” instead of becoming frustrated and yelling, “What the hell is happening? Why does this keep coming to me? I said NO!” Oh, I am sorry, that was me saying that! You can also try, “No thank you. I desire partnership in a relationship” or whatever you desire.

Sometimes these things or situations/people that come to you are distractions to hinder your progression. You must recognize that in life you will be tempted with an ill version of what it is you truly desire. For us Christians, and if you are spiritual, tap in, the adversary (adverse energy, opposing energy, self sabotaging energy) will always make you feel as if you are missing out on missing something. Therefore, as soon as you gravitate or accept what you don’t want, you are now in hell, unhappy, or in over your head. Hell. And you are off course and frustrated. Hell.

Also, maybe the constant showing up of what you don’t want is a TEST for you to remember, “If it’s not what you want, it’s not your time for it.” If your soul doesn’t want it, you don’t want it. No need to force feed yourself or lie to yourself. See the red flags (not just with people but in life generally) and govern yourself accordingly.

I know what is NOT FOR ME. I have had enough of what is not for me. I am certain. I am clear. I have clarity. “No. thank you. I desire peace.”
