Sharing some messages that occur when I am on my yoga mat.

Let that “poop” pass. Let the dysfunction from others pass. You wanted to say pass through you but that didn’t feel right. But then you caught the vision shown to you by Spirit. You saw a creek. You saw your feet. You saw garbage (poop) coming down the creek and you let it pass by you. It’s not your poop. And even it was you need to let it pass. Shits Creek. You’ll come across it many time in your life that you will learn to let it pass. You don’t want it on you or running through you. You let it pass and then you cross over. You go on with your journey, your day, and if necessary, your life.

Let people’s poop pass by you. Hold your nose. Don’t take it in. It’s going to stink (hurt), it may get on you, but you can wash it off. You can wash it off with prayer, the Word, meditation, time alone, distance, etc. and cross over it. Keep going. You will recover.
