From the Mat Downloads: Peace Be Unto You

Peace be unto you. You chose peace as your word during meditation so peace be unto you. Don’t allow your heart to be troubled. Peace unto yourself. Say, “Peace unto me.” Speak peace to your heart. You kept trying to change the word peace because you realized it’s difficult to speak to yourself what you don’t feel. Yet, it is necessary at times. You finally got it.

Peace unto you, Nicole.

Peace flow around you.

Peace be in you. Peace be into you.

Peace be a shield to your heart and mind.

Peace be an invisible force around your body.

You’ve got it.
