Empty the trash of this year and keep the gold of this year so you can end the year clean. (READ THAT AGAIN) Take the trash out and clean the bin. Nothing needs to be recycled. The earth, the universe (powered by God-Source) is on a mission to take the trash out and keep the gold. You should be doing the same. If this year has been trudgery, picking up all sorts of debris in your spirit, mind, body, life then here is a prime opportunity to take the trash out.

What has impeded your progress? What has weighed you down? What is stuck in your mind or being? Manifesting as inflammation or mental health issues? Manifesting as tiredness, heaviness, lack of inspiration and motivation? Situations need to be resolved or removed. People problems need to be resolved or removed. And if they cannot be, then what is it that YOU need to do or change about yourself, your reactions, to get that trash out of your home? This might sound controversial to some of you reading this but, you do deserve peace. You do deserve love. Give it to yourself, first by making choices and creating boundaries. Give it to yourself first by working on change in you!

Gold represents the lessons you have learned, the skills, the insight, the good of the year. Garbage stinks. Anything in your life that stinks has stayed around past it’s expiration date.
