Name the things that are working for you in your life right now. No matter how small they are. You need to know not only what is not or no longer working for you but, you need to know what is working for you. If you look at a list of what is not working for you it can be daunting. But if you look at what is also working for you, you can create balance or at least and accurate view.

I know what’s no longer sustainable for me. It’s really heavy. But, if I don’t sit down and give power to what is working for me I will get crushed in what is falling down and what is being reconstructed, deconstructed, destroyed. It can become scary and fear can creep in. But, if I can look at the brighter side, if you will, then I can magnify this light. I can take this light and put it on a hill to illuminate a balance of truth, honesty, facts and this will give me hope. You can do the same.

This world and our lives are bringing up a heap of muck! Mucus. But if we all magnify the light within then maybe we can turn that magnifying glass on the dark things that hold us down, keep our chest heavy, burdening us. Not to make it bigger but to use a greater LIGHT that is of LOVE to scorch hatred. Organize a collective of light. I hope. I rest in that hope. May take me awhile to get comfortable, though.

What’s working for me is ignoring most of the news, concentrating on good stories. Too many things I can’t do anything about and I refuse to let them stress me. I do feel bad for my kids/grands/great-grands. The future is dim…

Yes. Ignoring the news by only watching it once a day for me works. It’s the social media part that I have not mastered yet. I have to learn not to scroll so much and just go to certain groups or pages. However, to give myself credit, I can stay off social media for days and when I start to see too much negative stuff I log off quicker than I did in the past.
