Let the tug of war begin! Oh, who are we kidding? The war in America has already begun. It’s a war within each human being and it appears that racism, materialism, and militarism is winning. What will we do? What will you do?

You may think, I am not in your country, so there is nothing for me to do. I beg to differ. You can add your voice to the voices that oppose hatred, dictatorship, materialism, etc. You can let us know that you support peace in every area because I can guarantee you that there are people in this country who believe peace, love, equality, and all good things should be a way of life. Yet, we will forever have to deal with the likes of the energy that is present and highly visible.

One thing I recall before the current president ever went into office or thought about it was a message given to me from above. I was having a conversation on my way to work and I think it was in 2001. I recall saying to a friend who was worried about evil from without after the 911 terror. I said to him, “One thing I know for sure, when the level of evil rises, so does the level of righteousness.” Now, I know that didn’t come from me. I know it was revealed to me. Raise your righteousness. Raise your level of relationship with our Higher Power, God, Source.

The rapid shift in power is not greater than the rapid shift of righteousness. Evil will never be greater than love. And do not think of love as soft or weak. Think of love as a mother bear protecting her cubs. Think of love as a lion protecting their pride. You don’t want any of that (you don’t want that kind of trouble). A fierce love, a love to be reckoned with is the shift. And we will toss back and forth until we overthrow evil…until the next time.
