Because God, the Creator is with you always.

It doesn’t mean don’t have the feeling of fear. It doesn’t mean you won’t be afraid. It means don’t worry, I’m with you. I’m here. I’ve got you. It means don’t have a spirit of fear, funny love in constant, perpetual, paralyzing fear that stops and blocks and cripples you.
