I am grateful for what I have

I am grateful for the good people in my life

I am grateful for the good times

I am grateful for the food I do have

I am grateful for the clothes and shoes I have

I am grateful for shelter

I am grateful for water

I am grateful for transportation

I believe in myself

I can do difficult things

I will take good care of myself

One day at a time, (Insert your name)

This too, shall pass

I will be kind to myself

I will be gentle with myself

I’m doing the best I can until I can do better and that is enough

I am not alone. It’s okay to lean on others for help.

It’s okay to laugh. It’s okay to say yes to an opportunity to have fun or rest.

When I am afraid, I call on my Higher Power to help guide me through fear.

I am stronger than I think
