AFFIRMATIONS CONCERNING SOULS THAT HAVE TRANSITIONED
I am grateful for the time I had with my loved one.
I am so grateful I had the chance to share pieces of my life with them.

I choose to accept the not so good times as fertilizer for my growth and I choose to highlight the good times in my memory.
I hold space for the beauty of their free souls. For now, they are free of anything that weighed them down in their bodies.
I let go of my sorrow, piece by piece for peace, and I hold onto my love for my loved one.
In my sadness, I love myself.
If there was anything left unsaid and undone it is said and it is done and it is well with their soul and my soul.
I accept what I cannot change and I choose to send love and healing light to my heart.
I loved them to the best of my ability at that time. It is well with my soul for I continue to grow in love.
I immerse myself in grace and in mercy. I forgive myself as I would want my loved one to forgive themselves for anything they felt could have been better or different. It is well with my soul.
