Fall is my favorite season and I have began to understand more the energy of the seasons and the spiritual meanings behind them. Also, how they can, if allowed, be applied to our lives literally.

First, I want to give thanks for summer and all of the lessons of summer for me. While I enjoyed summer more than I usually do (because I have decided to embrace the season I do like more), I struggled with family dynamics the most! However, in reflection, I have learned so many things about myself and people and about God. It was a strange summer because many things didn’t upset but a few things I blew fuses! It seems with this last turn of events, Friday, I have reached a point I didn’t see coming but, I am familiar with; I NO LONGER CARE and THERE IS NOTHING LEFT TO SAY. Whew! I feel lighter. And then I wondered, should I be concerned? I should not. I needed this. The summer has been preparing me for it. The BIG BANG! The BIG BLOWOUT! I have decided to CELEBRATE IT!

I can now, re-FOCUS and get back to SIMPLICITY. I can really hone in and take ACTION, have the AUDACTICITY and now, aimed AUTHORITY over my own life. Get in here GUSTO! I have so much to share with you this season! I am so excited about it. But for now, Happy Autumn Equinox! A day where light and dark are in balance and then night begins to take over for the season. So much negativity in the spiritual realms about night being bad and evil. So much “hoopla” and “spookiness” about shadow work. Oh, ye, us, of little depth and understanding.

Today I will prepare for a minor surgery on tomorrow. Ha! I just thought about it’s an ear procedure where they put a tube in the ear to restore balance of the ear pressure and stop the constant ringing. Bringing balance back so it is with the physical, it is in nature and the spiritual. I am going to clear my summer decor from the porch today and add my fall decor. I am going to do yoga. I have been to church online and it was SO GOOD and TIMELY. I am only doing things that make me happy today. Thankfully, I prepared creamy wild rice chicken soup yesterday and dinner will be easy. Naps make me happy. I will do that as well since I have not had a really good night’s rest.
