Brace yourself, if you haven’t already. Brace yourself for more. The first half of this month is going to be more of what was going on the last few weeks of February. What is that? Confusion. Two step forwards, one step back or one step forward and two steps back. It’s miscommunication, mental fog, lack of clarity. It’s things that have been sitting way past the expiration date that are going to find a way out one way or another. Imbalances with emotions and thoughts, oh the contradiction of it all! You thought it was going to go this way but, no it went South. In a way, it’s like being caught in a riptide. So, forgive the mood-swings,heightened anxiety and lows of depression or blues.
BREATHE.
You’re really going to have to stay grounded in whatever grounds you. You’re really going to need to cling to your faith. Zero in on your intuition. Keep scriptures and affirmations in front of you, rinse and repeat. Hold on to your wigs and toupees!
Progress can still be made. But do not push, do not rush or you will regret it. Everything in you wants to go full speed ahead but if you do, you are sure to ruin some things and people along the way. Think before you speak and maybe go for a walk or turn to a craft or hobby to bring you down and back into focus. Focus and simplicity will get you through these next few weeks.
According to the National Weather Service this how you escape a riptide: Swim along the shoreline until you escape the current’s pull. When free from the pull of the current, swim at an angle away from the current toward shore. If you feel you can’t reach shore, relax, face the shore, and call or wave for help. Remember: If in doubt, don’t go out!
Swim along your faith and the things that ground you. When free from the pull of the current situation, swim at an angle towards the the shore (solid ground). If you feel you can’t reach the shore, relax, face the shore, and call on your Higher Power, higher self, friends, therapist, prayer, meditation for help. Remember: This too shall pass.
