It’s NOT my birthday BUT I thought about these things as I reflected on 49 this year:

We tend to miss or overlook all of the lessons we learn each year we turn a different age because we focus more on numbers like 16, 18, 21, 30, 40, etc. But each year HITS with BIG lessons. I discovered this around 25, 26.

I said that to say, 49 has been the sleeper number dropping silent bombs of lessons, gems, nuggets, wisdom, experiences. 49 has been like, I’m quiet but don’t sleep on me!

It’s the sleeper player in the league that everyone wasn’t sure of, didn’t know, that comes in, does the job without fanfare.

49 be like (49 is like): 3 TDs (touchdowns) in one game or drop 40 points in one game but says to the press, “NO INTERVIEWS AND NO AUTOGRAPHS” to the fans. 49 is like, “I simply put in work where work need to be put in. I don’t need the hype.”
