
Ingredients:
1 package Cheese stuffed tortellini
1 package of Frozen Italian Meatballs or the mini meatballs THAWED (or make your own but cook before putting them in the pot) You can use turkey meatballs or vegan meatballs.
Onion flakes (as much as you like) or a small chopped onions or 1 1/2 cup of pre chopped frozen onions
1 tsp of garlic salt
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
1 tsp of crushed basil leaves
1 package of spinach (I had frozen on hand)
1 box of beef broth (or any broth you have on hand will do) = 4 cups of broth I added one more cup of broth.You can add one more cup of water alone or throw in a beef cube if you have them.
16 ounces of tomato sauce
I can of italian seasoned diced tomatoes or 1 can of diced tomatoes (DO NOT DRAIN)
Add all of the ingredients to a pot EXCEPT THE TORTELLINI AND SPINACH and bring to a boil. Then simmer for 15 minutes. THEN ADD THE TORTELLINI and simmer for 8-10 more minutes. Then add the spinach and simmer for 5 more minutes. Add salt to taste if need be.
