I think it’s safe to to say I like the Holidays. Every year I come up with some theme and this year it was “Country Glamour.” It’s a mixture of country living (think barns, lumberjack, farm, deers, owls, etc) meets bling, pearls, sparkle, and diamonds.Basically, the governor’s daughter marries a cowboy! Barn fires and hoedowns for everyone! Spike the apple cider someone.

Just a Little Home Confetti:Fall/Winter

As you can see the color i of the candle holders are a navy blue. The bowls, plates, napkin rings, (napkins are really cloth table mats), table mats were all clearance items ranging from 1.98-3.00 max. It pays to somewhat know what you want your decor to look like in the Fall/Winter and catch end of seasons sales.

My Sanctuary is a Beach

The beach is one of my favorite places to be. Since I can’t be near it daily I brought it home with me. Oh and turquoise is my favorite color. So, as always within a reasonable budget (clearance, yard sales, etc) and using what I have accumulated on hand, the last picture is of my spruced up nightstands. And both nightstands were deals. One is chipped and was marked down. The other was $10 from someone selling it on Facebook (the round one).
