Hello Fall! Easy Fall Wreath

Fall has arrived! Even if it’s by calendar only because it’s a summery day here in Memphis, Tennessee. Decorating the home for fall or any other season does not have to cost a fortune. Decorating the home for any reason does not have to cost a fortune in my frugal, but fashionable opinion. The cost to make this wreath was $5. Each item was a dollar from the dollar tree. Also, the other decorations below were from dollar tree (and I stayed on budget!)

To make this wreath is as simple as it looks. I wrapped the burlap a little more than halfway around the wreath and secure it with a few drops of glue with a glue gun. I am sure you can use any craft glue. I just wanted to be extra special 🙂 The flowers I cut and weaved through the spaces of this wreath. I secured them by winding them around. You may want to add some green tape tape for added security. This took me less than 30 minutes!

It’s not dots but it reminds of 101 dalmations! So cute! I love this Liz Claiborne Blouse and I paired it with a brightly designed purse to give the entire outfit a splash of color. I am also wearing Liz Claiborne shoes. Both the shoes and the blouse came from JC Penny and were on clearance.

In this photo I wore the necklace I posted which was from Talbots. A 59.99 deal for 11.85. Shopping clearance is awesome. I did a little makeup and yes that is my natural hair color.

The budget was $25 and I spent roughly $22 but the jewelry together is about $65 without clearance. Oh, yeah, $10 of my budget came from a Ellen Tracey zip up cardigan I sold at a consignment shop. 65% off plus another %20

She sports a natural mohawk and minimum makeup (laughing as I type that!). A Vince Camuto dress purchased at the Macy’s in Las Vegas three years ago for…brace yourselves fashionistas….49.99!!! It was on clearance and in my size! I love this dress because it is really a fall dress and gives the fall so much warmth. It has a belt you that you can wear with or without to give the dress a different look. Also, the sleeves can be worn long or 3/4. The gold chain that ties or not, just gives it class and sass. The shoes are Steve Madden and the purse was borrowed from my mom. She purchased it at the Coach Outlet Factory. I love the way this dress moves on me. Vince Camuto is one of my favorite designers.
