Winter is a great time to bring home flowers to brighten up your space. In your family room, in your bedroom, on your desk, window seal or on the dining table. You can check the discounted flowers and grab a few bouquets to create your own arrangement. I find that a gray winter day or snowy day is the perfect backdrop to flowers. They seem to “pop” more in the winter light. I like walking into a room and thinking, “Oh, yeah. I bought flowers.” I seem to forget this each morning as it’s not something I do weekly. Just on occasion and mood.
